Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to any customer that decide to buy a wedding gown, accessory or other from our store.
- All purchases are final, you need to check your product before leaving the facility, we do not accept returns and exchanges over any item.
- Minimun 60% deposit required at time customer place an special wedding gown order.
- Wedding gown puchased out-off-the-rack must be paid in full.
- Wedding gown balance must be pay in full within 30 days of wedding gown arrived in store.
- When purchasing a wedding gown out of the rack, it is sold in “as it is” condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be customer’s responsability.
- Estimated Shipping/delivery dates are not guaranteed, unannounced and unexpected delays are not subject to refund or compensation.
- Credit cards, Debit cards and Cash are accepted for all transactions.
- Wedding Cancellations, customer has 30 days from wedding gown arrived in store to pay remain balance, otherwise $75 storage fee will be charged monthly. If wedding gown is not picked up and remain balance is not fully pay within 90 days after wedding gown arrival time, customer will lose any payment made to the date. No exceptions, No Refunds, No transfers.
- The Customer can cancel any order at any time, with the knowledge that you will lose any payment you have made until cancellation date.
- All orders must be picked up within 30 days upon arrival to the store, otherwise, we will charge a monthly fee of $75 for storage.
- Every order has to be fully paid before it is to be delivered, if the buyer can not come and pick it up, we can charge an extra fee for shipping.
- Rush Orders have an extra fee of $180, 10 weeks delivery.
- Oversized wedding gown, alterations, or modifications on wedding gowns has an extra fee depending on demands.
- We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to any of our products once they are delivered or leave the facilities.
